Diane found business class tickets from Los Angeles to Warsaw at almost 40% discount from Expedia, She made sure to include my TSA and Frequent flyer numbers and accomodated my requests for particular seats on the planes. She was highly responsive and extraordinarily nice. I recommend this company and Diane most highly.
