GBTicket confirmation took some time but… Ticket confirmation took some time but good customer service. I send them email and shortly I got my confirmation. I would recommend to improve ticket confirmation time & process. Thanks for all your services.

Obvious information about adding on additional protection without feeling like you were being misdirected to spend more money. The fact that they will review the information and find better prices for you as an additional service was new to me, but I think it's a great feature to add for 20 dollars.
