Great website format The fact that everything was broken out and you compared side by side, so you knew what you were selecting. Obvious information about adding on additional protection without feeling like you were being misdirected to spend more money. The fact that they will review the information and find better prices for you as an additional service was new to me, but I think it's a great feature to add for 20 dollars.

But once you reserve it, you have to call their customer service and at that time they'll give you every reason that your original reservation with lower price is not available and then they'll sell you expensive ticket.
