GBReliable… I have booked on Oojo several times with no issues. Granted, I’ve never had to cancel a flight, but they’ve always helped me with whatever I’ve had issues with— including finding alternate flights if I wanted to change my return date.

GBGreat website format The fact that everything was broken out and you compared side by side, so you knew what you were selecting. Obvious information about adding on additional protection without feeling like you were being misdirected to spend more money. The fact that they will review the information and find better prices for you as an additional service was new to me, but I think it's a great feature to add for 20 dollars.

GBTicket confirmation took some time but… Ticket confirmation took some time but good customer service. I send them email and shortly I got my confirmation. I would recommend to improve ticket confirmation time & process. Thanks for all your services.
