Fast, efficient and friendly service. We were intimidated by the process of obtaining Visas for the People's Republic of China, but your company made the experience much easier with far less anxiety on our part. Each time we called or contacted the Chicago office, the staff were courteous, patient and they kindly explained what we needed to do next. We are especially grateful to Ebony and Melissa who efficiently and patiently dealt with our questions. Our Visas arrived as promised and on time. This was our second experience with your company and it will not be the last. Thank you.

Excellent service I appreciated the ongoing communication throughout the process. When I needed more information or had questions they were answered quickly. And while I was gathering some required information the company was able to find the info before I did and completed the application.

The staff at Passport were professional and courteous. The staff at Passport were friendly, courteous, and professional. They provided on-site assistance and worked with me. The staff executed the entire process very timely and easy.

First Brazil tourist visas. We appreciate your quick service after submitting our forms and pictures. Your patience is appreciated as Brazil rejected my wife's first photos, even thought they were shot by the same passport photographer as mine, as the same time. My photo and visa was turned around quickly. You did a great job straightning out the kinks of getting our visas.
