People helpful, downloading program had problems I received my visa much more quickly than I was told it would take which was great. And the people that I contacted were helpful. I can't give five stars because there was a computer to computer glitch which resulted in my receiving the link to start the application 5 days later than I was promised, and it is only because I followed up that I received it at all. There were also issues with downloading documents - the program was insisting that I download documents for a non-existent minor (I was travelling alone) and would not let me submit without those until I contacted you again and the person I spoke to overrode the system in order for the application to proceed. So, in other words, people were helpful, the program to download info was not.

Excellent service I appreciated the ongoing communication throughout the process. When I needed more information or had questions they were answered quickly. And while I was gathering some required information the company was able to find the info before I did and completed the application.
