GBRidiculous cancellation policy … We were a loyal customer & took five other trips with YMT in the past & have never been treated bad. We booked another cruise with YMT & unfortunately had to cancel due to my health. I have to undergo heart surgery & was unsure so we thought we’d cancel in plenty of time to get our money back, Cruise wasn’t scheduled to depart until 2025, & we canceled within 10 days of booking it. Nothing was done to warrant keeping our $500.00 deposit. Unfortunately YMT is keeping our deposit. Obviously money means more to the company than keeping good relationships. We won’t be using YMT services again!!

GBMy experience with Bea We made calls to YMT last week. We talked to Bea. We have had her before, so she knew us. She greeted us with "welcome back". How nice! Bea went over the information, then gave us options and allowed us to think things over before we made the decision. She sent text and followed up with calls. I am truly happy with the service I received.

GBCombining trips to Scotland and Ireland Agent was sometimes a little difficult to understand but was always courteous and helpful. Combining YMT tours is a great idea and what I chose. I've taken several YMT tours and have been pleased with them all.
