Good communication I was very skeptical of the process. I had a lot of alarm bells going off as it is rarely a good idea to share password details to any account, especially one linked to your credit card! However, the communication was clear, prompt and they were very responsive to my emails. I was fully in the loop about what would happen and when and they made payment promptly after the transaction was done. I would definitely use them again.
