Good communication I was very skeptical of the process. I had a lot of alarm bells going off as it is rarely a good idea to share password details to any account, especially one linked to your credit card! However, the communication was clear, prompt and they were very responsive to my emails. I was fully in the loop about what would happen and when and they made payment promptly after the transaction was done. I would definitely use them again.

Streamlined Process I was leary at first, but Noa and team walked me thru the process, answered all my questions and responded within 24hrs of any inquiry. Used PayPal for “services or goods” to protect both parties. Highly recommend if you have miles/points you’d rather convert to dollars.

I had a few queries answered by e-mail beforehand and then had a few things confirmed by phone when Michelle called me to finalise the offer. Nothing but a professional and friendly service. I highly recommend! I'm just waiting for PayPal to release the funds (note: that's if you're a new seller or haven't sold for a while, like I am; it's not in The Miles Market's control, it's to protect the buyer).
