Great choice Everything went smooth when using this card. We bought it for 5 days and used it everywhere we could together with 2 children (ZOO, Botanical garden, Canal cruise...). The main advantage of the card is posibility to use it for public transport so we didn't have to worry about the tickets at all.

I don't advise it I don't advise it. If you are lucky enough to be able to enter several places you could save something, although with the closing times so early it is difficult. You cannot reserve and you also have to wait in line at the ticket office to get the tickets, with the consequent loss of time. I couldn't enter Rosenborg because there were no tickets left for that day. It was the place that made me most excited to visit and I was left without seeing it. If I could go back, I wouldn't buy it.

Easy to use Easy to use, did not have to take time to buy entrance and transportation passes. Some confusion as to what was covered— boat cruise pass did not work at Nyhavn, Round Tower no longer covered, and Tivoli pass only covered entrance. Overall very worthwhile to purchase, would recommend

it's just great to have free access to… it's just great to have free access to public transportation and to so many museums and sights. But now i have an unsolved problem: i bought the card twice, but of course activated just one. in the meantime you refunded me the second one (the one not activated) - but unfortunatedly twice as well (once on the 21st, once on the 23rd of april). One of these refunds is now "hanging / blocked" in my bank-account. Can you solve this problem? can you sort of "undo" the second refund? i'd appreciate you contacting me concerning this wrong/double transaction.

The Copenhagen Card was great for flexibility to get around and entry to major tourist attractions. The Copenhagen Card was great for getting around via the metro and bus lines. We had entry included for Christiansborg Palace, Rosenborg Castle, Tivoli Gardens, and the Copenhagen Zoo. We also went out and explored different places to eat using the card. The only thing we were unhappy about is that we had to pay for the Copenhagen Aquarium.
