Good value We purchased the 96 hour card, which was perfect for our stay. It was easy to download the app and there were clear instructions on how to activate and use the card. Travel was hassle free and we made good use of the metro every day. We were fortunate to be staying near the water taxi stop and enjoyed the trip across to the street food market. The card also enabled us to catch the train to Roskilde and gain entry to the Viking Museum. The card gives you access to all the main tourist attractions and certainly covered all the sights we wanted to see. It also encouraged us to visit some attractions that we might not have done, had we had to pay for them. We all agreed it was money very well spent and would thoroughly recommend it.

Perfect! Easy to use, super useful and handy! Of course it depends on what you want to visit but having everything included and not to think about buying or checking tickets abroad is amazing! The app/website offers also the chance to save the places to visit and the instructions are pretty clear. Thanks!

it's just great to have free access to… it's just great to have free access to public transportation and to so many museums and sights. But now i have an unsolved problem: i bought the card twice, but of course activated just one. in the meantime you refunded me the second one (the one not activated) - but unfortunatedly twice as well (once on the 21st, once on the 23rd of april). One of these refunds is now "hanging / blocked" in my bank-account. Can you solve this problem? can you sort of "undo" the second refund? i'd appreciate you contacting me concerning this wrong/double transaction.

Fantastic!! The entire experience was fantastic! Allowed us to see more of the Copenhagen area, places we may have not paid to go in otherwise. Use of trains/metro/transit was a life saver, not having to buy tickets or worry.

it's great to use 1 card for so many… it's great to use 1 card for so many activities, only one small suggestion, when I have several cards in one app, it would be more user-friendly if I can just swipe among them, instead to close and open another one again
