A money saving call! Upon a recommendation from our travel agent, I contacted Kausha regarding airfare for an upcoming trip. She not only found us a great schedule, she saved us just under $3,000 on our 1st class fare! She was professional and courteous, responding when she said she would and answering all my questions. We have another trip coming up in the fall and I will most certainly reach out to her again.

We booked a few trips with Fabrizo when… We booked a few trips with Fabrizo when my Mom was still alive and we needed full priced tickets for her. We had lots of AA miles then. Now we are out of miles and still traveling so we took a chance that Fabrizio was still there. Not only was he there he remembered my first name! He's super and still getting good fares for us. Between an ex-airline employee and spouse's miles through business, we really appreciate good fares!

Fabrizio, our agent, was so helpful. What made our experience so great was our agent, Fabrizio Peralta. He really worked hard with me to find the perfect routing and schedule and answered my many questions and was so helpful.
