Beata always responds to my inquiries within minutes with good information. She rescued us recently when we wanted to make a change to our return flight. Made a complicated flight schedule seem easy. My previous experience with Cook was not very good at all, but this time around Kausha made the experience great! She was able to give us our flight options immediately even though they were complicated. She made the whole process seamless.
