My Algarve Vacation. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at Portugal Getaways. Everything went as planned, even the weather. We were looking for a relaxing place with sun, sand and delicious food, and we got it all. If you don't mind a 20 to 30 minute walk.

Also, I am from a generation that grew up without the use of the digital technology that is available today so it can be intimidating for me to book online but I found the website easy to navigate. Lastly, this company offers wonderful itineraries at reasonable prices. Very much looking forward to our trip to the Algarve!

Amazing customer service! Margarida was incredible to work with! She replied to my many messages and questions promptly and tailored our travel plans in a way that made sense for our family while keeping our budget in mind. Madeira tour It was disappointing that our 2nd flight was canceled The passengers were offered a lunch credit but not in English There was a lot of confusion/lack of organization in rebooking. An employee took us over and said that she would help us but kept getting distracted. Finally we got into another lineup .The 2 night hotel stay in San Miguel was very good with meals included. Noone from tour company contacted us (via e mail) to let us know about the revised transfers/hotel arrangements The included tours were good value
