Madeira tour It was disappointing that our 2nd flight was canceled The passengers were offered a lunch credit but not in English There was a lot of confusion/lack of organization in rebooking. An employee took us over and said that she would help us but kept getting distracted. Finally we got into another lineup .The 2 night hotel stay in San Miguel was very good with meals included. Noone from tour company contacted us (via e mail) to let us know about the revised transfers/hotel arrangements The included tours were good value

Great Agency for Your Trip to Portugal I have found Portugal Getaways very easy to work with. They are very flexible. We took two days off in the middle of our trip to Lisbon with them to go to a different place and made arrangements on our own and then resumed our Portugal Getaways trip. They offer a choice of good hotels. We stayed in two different ones in Lisbon and both were quite good.
