CAour experience Our experience at Sao Miguel airport was nothing amazing. Since there was an error in our transportation to the hotel and it was not confirmed, the Hertz company employee who was responsible for the coordination was very rude and aggressive. Nevertheless, the remainder of the experience was largely positive with efficient and organized service

She has been so patient going through a couple of months of back-and-forth on arranging a custom trip for us. Can’t wait to go and see these beautiful islands.

CAMadeira tour It was disappointing that our 2nd flight was canceled The passengers were offered a lunch credit but not in English There was a lot of confusion/lack of organization in rebooking. An employee took us over and said that she would help us but kept getting distracted. Finally we got into another lineup .The 2 night hotel stay in San Miguel was very good with meals included. Noone from tour company contacted us (via e mail) to let us know about the revised transfers/hotel arrangements The included tours were good value
