GBBest Live Aboard Ever Fantastic experience. The diver instructors and crew are extremely friendly, helpful and do everything so you can have THE BEST experience. The boat is really nice and the food is AMAZING. Highly recommend. We had a lucky week in January and dove very closely to whale sharks, tiger sharks, killer whales (!!!), sea lions, penguins, walls of hammerheads. We saw it all !!!

PRAwesome 5 stars I would highly recommend diving in the Galapagos with the explorer ventures Humboldt Explorer boat. Our dive guides were Oscar and Ronnie, they rocked! The entire crew team were so kind and helpful, as my first board it was an awesome experience. I am vegetarian, and there were several people with gluten allergies, vegan etc, the chef made wonderful meals for all of us! The only thing I’d recommend to do differently is allowing tipping with a credit card, Venmo, or PayPal - since carrying a lot of cash is difficult! Or, let people know ahead of time that cash is the only option!

GBThe diving was wonderful but the crew… The diving was wonderful but the crew was exceptional! They went that extra mile to make their guests happy! The food was artfully done and delicious as well. It was a wonderful experience all the way around! Many thanks to Jennifer as well!

GBMy first liveaboard but you set the standard!!! Everything was so easy, making reservations, payment, directions and paperwork needed once on board. The crew of the Caribbean Explorer II is second to none. I've been around the world diving but the hospitality, kindness, and knowledge was great. I’m a PADI Professional and I was very impressed with the entire crew. We will be back!!!

GBDiving the Galapagos was incredible Diving the Galapagos was incredible. Everything on board, especially the crew, was very good, except the following: No hot water for showers in the cabins (lukewarm at best); the "English" and logic on the dive briefings was very bad. You're making the two divemasters do way too much. (Meet us at airports, logistics for in and out, dive equipment, waiting tables, briefings, fixing broken rooms, diving with groups, etc. etc. ) Get someone who can speak decent English and communicate effectively for the dive briefings. Kevin the divemaster was fantastic. His commitment to make sure everyone had a good time and his work ethic is commendable.
