Pedro Chen is helpful Pedro Chen is helpful, forthcoming and couteous, amicable.He responds and executes quickly with clear explainations. I would use him again in the future. My only gripe is with the terms and conditions which takes away my business class miles! This is something to consider for people who travels frequently ;the price of the fare you get is the trade off.
