GBI had nonrefundable tickets and… I had nonrefundable tickets and suddenly a date was set to spread my father's ashes, during my trip to Vegas. I've had to reschedule everything and was looking at losing 246 dollars because of all this. The agent Leslie helped me get the tickets rescheduled and I even got better seats. She was so helpful, I'm so excited to vist Vegas for the first time.

GBI’ve tried to get a hold of customer… I’ve tried to get a hold of customer service 3 different ways and have twice been told it is closed during published hours and then the virtual assistant wasn’t running and then the customer service number tried to sell me something and wouldn’t let me through. Terrible service. Worried this package is a hoax. Will never work with you again.

GBI called and talked with Traci who… I called and talked with Traci who helped me pick and pay for tickets that I will be giving as a gift. I don't buy over the internet and was very impressed with his phone service.
