Employees and drivers were courteous and helpful, loaded our bags, asked us for the terminal and helped us unload for our flight. Upon return, the shuttle arrived within ten minutes of our call, and dropped us off directly at our car, and the driver unloaded our bags. Excellent service!

GBSatisfactory experience The location in Newark for this off-site parking is poor. But, the facility is fine. And, the shuttle service was very good.

GBReliable, and easy to use app to make reservations Easy to use app to make reservations, no problem getting parking spot, and drivers always helpful. Didn't have to wait long for shuttle bus. Retuning, shuttle bus arrived shortly after I arrived at pickup point. Price reasonable.

GBI love this company I love this company. Their rates are very competitive, the van picks you up right where you've parked, the staff is always friendly and courteous, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes at the terminal for a pickup. I've tried a bunch of other off-site companies, but I've never liked one better than this one. I just used them for a Christmas week vacation and the experience was as great as usual. I believe this is the fifth or 6th time I've used them.

GBNALTP has the system down pat! NALTP has the system down pat! Initially it was a little challenging to find the physical lot - the roads around the airport are a mess and Apple Maps put the destination at an adjacent industrial property. But once we got past that everything went very smoothly. The shuttles were prompt and the drivers were very professional and helpful both ways. Lot felt very well tended and secure. Also easy to reserve and pay. Awesome not have had to stress about this part of our trip.
