Unfortunately the travel times did not suit my needs and I was able to find flights that better matched my plans. When the agent (Ian) called to follow-up a few days later, I told him what I had found. He asked for a quick moment to see if he could do better and he not only found me a direct flight but saved me several hundreds of dollars over the best fares I could find elsewhere.

I reached out to try this service for the very first time after not finding the flights I needed through my regular travel booking site (unnamed). They all beat the airline prices but bounced around with routes, aircraft, layovers, total flight duration, and price. None of which met our required criteria.
