He did not take long to finalize an ideal itinerary. Additionally, he went the extra mile to secure good seats and even the meal selections for me and my wife. It was like the “old days” when I traveled frequently and had a trusted travel agent.

I was looking for business class to New York from Johannesburg I was looking for business class to the US from Johannesburg - given I was about to run an intensive 5 day workshop and the client asked me to fly premium economy to keep fares down. She understood my predicament and got me via Doha return tickets that were even cheaper than British Airways premium economy. I as soooo grateful - as i was able to get wonderful rest in a private booth and was thus really well rested for my workshop - she saved my sanity - and i am very appreciative for her care, speed and empathy.
