I reached out to try this service for the very first time after not finding the flights I needed through my regular travel booking site (unnamed). What was very helpful was that Brandon listened very carefully to the dates, times, and costs I felt comfortable with. The tickets I ended up selecting met all of these conditions. They all beat the airline prices but bounced around with routes, aircraft, layovers, total flight duration, and price. None of which met our required criteria. In viewing fares for my travel to… In viewing fares for my travel to Italy, you never mentioned that you charge an extra $600 as your fee. When added, the total amount was no better than other regular booking sites. So why bother with buying from you.

Dedicated to Serve I really appreciated the emails that provided me several flight options and the pricing was very competitive. Unfortunately the travel times did not suit my needs and I was able to find flights that better matched my plans. When the agent (Ian) called to follow-up a few days later, I told him what I had found. He asked for a quick moment to see if he could do better and he not only found me a direct flight but saved me several hundreds of dollars over the best fares I could find elsewhere.
