Unfortunately the travel times did not suit my needs and I was able to find flights that better matched my plans. He asked for a quick moment to see if he could do better and he not only found me a direct flight but saved me several hundreds of dollars over the best fares I could find elsewhere.

The travel and flights have been recognized and logged by the two airlines we are using. The travel has yet to take place so a little early to declare total satisfaction.
