Quick response really impressed me! As a first time user of this company, I was uncertain what to expect. To my delight my agent, Ian, communicated promptly and in a quite comprehensive manner. He did not take long to finalize an ideal itinerary. Additionally, he went the extra mile to secure good seats and even the meal selections for me and my wife. It was like the “old days” when I traveled frequently and had a trusted travel agent.

The travel and flights have been recognized and logged by the two airlines we are using. The travel has yet to take place so a little early to declare total satisfaction.
