Quick response really impressed me! As a first time user of this company, I was uncertain what to expect. To my delight my agent, Ian, communicated promptly and in a quite comprehensive manner. He did not take long to finalize an ideal itinerary. Additionally, he went the extra mile to secure good seats and even the meal selections for me and my wife. It was like the “old days” when I traveled frequently and had a trusted travel agent.

I reached out to try this service for the very first time after not finding the flights I needed through my regular travel booking site (unnamed). What was very helpful was that Brandon listened very carefully to the dates, times, and costs I felt comfortable with. The tickets I ended up selecting met all of these conditions. They all beat the airline prices but bounced around with routes, aircraft, layovers, total flight duration, and price. None of which met our required criteria. Mark Hamilton is the Best! We contacted Mark Hamilton at BusinessClassFares for our trip to Namibia in April, 2024. WE were comparing his quotes with AMEX travel, and a travel company. Mark just wouldn't give up until he got our business. By that, I mean, he kept working it and working it. He finally won us over by coming up with an itinerary that saved us 10 hours, with one less connection and much shorter layovers. The other itineraries we were getting had us doing a 12 hour layover in Frankfurt. We ended up spending a few hundred dollars more, but we were happy to do that as we were able to spend one more night in our bed at home, rather than leaving a whole day earlier. No one else took the time to research every single itinerary. I should note that Mark came up with some similar itineraries as everyone else initially, but when I told him those weren't acceptable, he just kept at it until he found something that changed our minds.

He patiently looked for multiple combination of business class flights to Vietnam so we can get the best possible price. He quickly responded to phone call or email inquiries. He went far and beyond what was expected. I was so happy with his service that I recommended him to a few of my friends traveling with us. They also bought their tickets from him.
