Unfortunately the travel times did not suit my needs and I was able to find flights that better matched my plans. When the agent (Ian) called to follow-up a few days later, I told him what I had found. He asked for a quick moment to see if he could do better and he not only found me a direct flight but saved me several hundreds of dollars over the best fares I could find elsewhere.

I would recommend anyone who needs help… I would recommend anyone who needs help in booking a business or 1st class ticket to work with BusinessClassFares. I had the honour to be guided and helped by Ian Novak. Ian contacted me 30 minutes after I submitted a request online, he immediately found ticket options (cheaper than what I had found), he was responsive to my questions, and when out ticket was double booked, he called and informed me about the situation. Ian even called to the ticket office at IAD airport to resolve the issue. Getting assistance from Ian and service from BusinessClassFares was simply a great experience.

In viewing fares for my travel to… In viewing fares for my travel to Italy, you never mentioned that you charge an extra $600 as your fee. When added, the total amount was no better than other regular booking sites. So why bother with buying from you.
