Unfortunately the travel times did not suit my needs and I was able to find flights that better matched my plans. When the agent (Ian) called to follow-up a few days later, I told him what I had found. He asked for a quick moment to see if he could do better and he not only found me a direct flight but saved me several hundreds of dollars over the best fares I could find elsewhere.

BCF is the real deal! Brandon Kovacz is the real deal- responsive, determined, and efficient! I did not know what to expect with BusinessClassFares and quite frankly I was a tad skeptical at first but Brandon quickly secured my confidence.
