I would recommend Ian as he is very thorough and patient in finding the best itinerary and airlines for my flight.

Dedicated to Serve I really appreciated the emails that provided me several flight options and the pricing was very competitive. Unfortunately the travel times did not suit my needs and I was able to find flights that better matched my plans. When the agent (Ian) called to follow-up a few days later, I told him what I had found. He asked for a quick moment to see if he could do better and he not only found me a direct flight but saved me several hundreds of dollars over the best fares I could find elsewhere.

I can now see why this company has such a high rating and customer satisfaction. I plan to use them for all our business class airfare in the future.

They all beat the airline prices but bounced around with routes, aircraft, layovers, total flight duration, and price. None of which met our required criteria. Brandon Kovacz at BusinessClassFares quickly grasped our total travel requirements and presented what we were looking for with minimal clarification from us. The travel and flights have been recognized and logged by the two airlines we are using. The travel has yet to take place so a little early to declare total satisfaction.
