She understood my predicament and got me via Doha return tickets that were even cheaper than British Airways premium economy. I as soooo grateful - as i was able to get wonderful rest in a private booth and was thus really well rested for my workshop - she saved my sanity - and i am very appreciative for her care, speed and empathy.
