Everybody is subject to the dynamic pricing of tickets, but overall, I was satisfied with the work of a courteous agent.

Unfortunately the travel times did not suit my needs and I was able to find flights that better matched my plans. When the agent (Ian) called to follow-up a few days later, I told him what I had found. He asked for a quick moment to see if he could do better and he not only found me a direct flight but saved me several hundreds of dollars over the best fares I could find elsewhere.

He did not take long to finalize an ideal itinerary. Additionally, he went the extra mile to secure good seats and even the meal selections for me and my wife.
