What was very helpful was that Brandon listened very carefully to the dates, times, and costs I felt comfortable with. The tickets I ended up selecting met all of these conditions. They all beat the airline prices but bounced around with routes, aircraft, layovers, total flight duration, and price. None of which met our required criteria. I would recommend anyone who needs help… I would recommend anyone who needs help in booking a business or 1st class ticket to work with BusinessClassFares. I had the honour to be guided and helped by Ian Novak. Ian contacted me 30 minutes after I submitted a request online, he immediately found ticket options (cheaper than what I had found), he was responsive to my questions, and when out ticket was double booked, he called and informed me about the situation. Ian even called to the ticket office at IAD airport to resolve the issue. Getting assistance from Ian and service from BusinessClassFares was simply a great experience.
