I was looking for business class to New York from Johannesburg I was looking for business class to the US from Johannesburg - given I was about to run an intensive 5 day workshop and the client asked me to fly premium economy to keep fares down. I knew that I would then be extremely tired and looked on businessclassfares for help. Caroline Murray was just totally amazing. She understood my predicament and got me via Doha return tickets that were even cheaper than British Airways premium economy. I as soooo grateful - as i was able to get wonderful rest in a private booth and was thus really well rested for my workshop - she saved my sanity - and i am very appreciative for her care, speed and empathy.

He did not take long to finalize an ideal itinerary. Additionally, he went the extra mile to secure good seats and even the meal selections for me and my wife. Mark Hamilton is the Best! We contacted Mark Hamilton at BusinessClassFares for our trip to Namibia in April, 2024. WE were comparing his quotes with AMEX travel, and a travel company. Mark just wouldn't give up until he got our business. By that, I mean, he kept working it and working it. He finally won us over by coming up with an itinerary that saved us 10 hours, with one less connection and much shorter layovers. The other itineraries we were getting had us doing a 12 hour layover in Frankfurt. We ended up spending a few hundred dollars more, but we were happy to do that as we were able to spend one more night in our bed at home, rather than leaving a whole day earlier. No one else took the time to research every single itinerary. I should note that Mark came up with some similar itineraries as everyone else initially, but when I told him those weren't acceptable, he just kept at it until he found something that changed our minds.
