They all beat the airline prices but bounced around with routes, aircraft, layovers, total flight duration, and price. None of which met our required criteria. Brandon Kovacz at BusinessClassFares quickly grasped our total travel requirements and presented what we were looking for with minimal clarification from us. The travel and flights have been recognized and logged by the two airlines we are using. The travel has yet to take place so a little early to declare total satisfaction.

Everybody is subject to the dynamic pricing of tickets, but overall, I was satisfied with the work of a courteous agent.

I had the honour to be guided and helped by Ian Novak. Ian contacted me 30 minutes after I submitted a request online, he immediately found ticket options (cheaper than what I had found), he was responsive to my questions, and when out ticket was double booked, he called and informed me about the situation. Ian even called to the ticket office at IAD airport to resolve the issue. Getting assistance from Ian and service from BusinessClassFares was simply a great experience.

Great experience….I am now a loyal customer I had such a great experience with my travel representative, Ian. He patiently looked for multiple combination of business class flights to Vietnam so we can get the best possible price. He quickly responded to phone call or email inquiries. He went far and beyond what was expected. I was so happy with his service that I recommended him to a few of my friends traveling with us. They also bought their tickets from him.
