Dedicated to Serve I really appreciated the emails that provided me several flight options and the pricing was very competitive. Unfortunately the travel times did not suit my needs and I was able to find flights that better matched my plans. When the agent (Ian) called to follow-up a few days later, I told him what I had found. He asked for a quick moment to see if he could do better and he not only found me a direct flight but saved me several hundreds of dollars over the best fares I could find elsewhere.

He patiently looked for multiple combination of business class flights to Vietnam so we can get the best possible price. He quickly responded to phone call or email inquiries.
