CUSTOMER SERVICE The process of getting a flight is convenient and nice, the issue im having is contacting the laytrip customer service. I have tried contacting them for over two weeks and no response. They only use email and don't have a contact information.

So far, so good! and A+ customer service I ordered round-trip tickets for an upcoming wedding across the country. The flight selection was amazing and it was easy to set up payments. The only downside was a 35-minute layover on the way back, which is quick but manageable. A few months after booking (but before I received tickets), Laytrip reached out offering a different flight on the same day for the same price. This flight, however, has a longer layover and will get me home an hour earlier than scheduled! That was such a nice surprise. I didn't realize just how involved they were going to be in the process and how helpful they are. Thank you, Dasha! :) I will update after the flight. I'm taking my first laytrip flight (for this wedding's bachelorette) in a couple of weeks, and I'm thrilled with my flight times and pricing!

Best site for Travel I have been using site since very long time. Firstl, I had doubt but after this site because of the payment plan, it's very convenient as well when I complete the payment of final instalment I receive the PNR as well. It's really convenient. THANK YOU LAYTRIP

I booked a nonstop flight and paid… I booked a nonstop flight and paid everything in full. Then, I get an email saying I could not get on the flight that I paid $1300 for and had to settle for a flight that only cost $600. Not to mention now I have the cost of baggage. If y’all cannot guarantee a flight for as much as y'all charge, the business shouldn’t even be in operation. Now my daughter’s birthday trip plans have to change. Very disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Laytrip is an amazing program that makes travel truly affordable! Not many people can afford to travel with the price of living right now, but utilizing Laytrip is a FANTASTIC option.
