GBCUSTOMER SERVICE The process of getting a flight is convenient and nice, the issue im having is contacting the laytrip customer service. I have tried contacting them for over two weeks and no response. They only use email and don't have a contact information.

GBI booked a nonstop flight and paid… I booked a nonstop flight and paid everything in full. Then, I get an email saying I could not get on the flight that I paid $1300 for and had to settle for a flight that only cost $600. Not to mention now I have the cost of baggage. If y’all cannot guarantee a flight for as much as y'all charge, the business shouldn’t even be in operation. Now my daughter’s birthday trip plans have to change. Very disappointed.

GBSo far so good So far so good! I was looking for flights and just not wanting to pay all upfront... because flights can be so expensive anyway, especially if you are buying for more than one person. Actually, this is the first website where I found the same tickets on an airline website for the similar price, versus like a huge mark up and giving the option to pay it in small payments. Its double win! I will update the review once we get the tickets and actually are able to take the trip. Otherwise, I'm a happy customer!
