SCAM!! SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!!! My flight was delayed & when I arrived at my destination, my rental car company was closed leaving me stranded all night at the airport. I "thought" this company was affiliated with my rental car company, so I called to get help with my reservation. They made the modification & charged my credit card. When my rental agency opened the next morning, they said no modification had been made. I showed them my "confirmation email". They told me this company wasn't even associated with them. I filed a dispute with my bank & called this company back today. They told me "it was a mistake & they'll refund my money". I'm thinking it's a scam company & will be canceling my credit card since this fraudulent business now has my financial information.

Both our experiences show high professionalism and pleasant manners of Mr. Kevin, making me share my thoughts of him to other people.

I was looking for holiday package and… I was looking for holiday package and call Travelouts I got recommend from friend . I booked hotel,flights and car and my experience was very good .Allen one of the travel agent to help me and recommend regarding everything and he was very professional too.I will always go with travelouts with my future reservation I will also reccommed my friends too

This is a scam site This is a scam site. They manipulate google search results to phish people into believing they are booking thru booking.com or other travel agencies. They even send you confirmation that pretends to be from booking.com. I paid for a room upgrade thinking i called booking.com. When i went to the hotel in Italy they had no record of the room upgrade. I was stuck with two rooms without a family room upgrade (with two toddlers). I called travelouts.com. They will give you some type of excuse (room upgrade is not guaranteed, we will refund the money within 7-10 business days, etc.).
