the are scamer they want charge me $52… the are scamer they want charge me $52 cancel fee i make update to pick up car with them as they are work with hertz rental car then when i call customer service hertz car to confirmation the update i figure no update happen i call them back to cancel what they do they charge me $52 cancel fee

SCAM!! SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!!! My flight was delayed & when I arrived at my destination, my rental car company was closed leaving me stranded all night at the airport. I "thought" this company was affiliated with my rental car company, so I called to get help with my reservation. They made the modification & charged my credit card. When my rental agency opened the next morning, they said no modification had been made. I showed them my "confirmation email". They told me this company wasn't even associated with them. I filed a dispute with my bank & called this company back today. They told me "it was a mistake & they'll refund my money". I'm thinking it's a scam company & will be canceling my credit card since this fraudulent business now has my financial information.

I was looking for holiday package and… I was looking for holiday package and call Travelouts I got recommend from friend . I booked hotel,flights and car and my experience was very good .Allen one of the travel agent to help me and recommend regarding everything and he was very professional too.I will always go with travelouts with my future reservation I will also reccommed my friends too
