I recently used travelouts for car… I recently used travelouts for car rental for business trip and it turned out to be a family trip my family joined me middle of my business, I lost the hope to get availability with child seats for my daughter and everything but it went without any issues and it goes prefect, even the child seat was perfect for my daughter. I was so impress by their level of service for my whole family.

BOOKING.COM SCAM WARNING!! TRAVELOUTS through BOOKING.COM 1(888) 850-3958 is a SCAM. When Google searching Booking.com customer service, the number given is that of a FRAUDULANT SCAM now using the name Travelouts that went out of business. They imitate a travel/rental booking company and will charge your card and subsequently cancel your reservation. You will find yourself without a legitimate confirmation number. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS. IT'S A HUGE PROBLEM TO RESOLVE.

This is a scam site This is a scam site. They manipulate google search results to phish people into believing they are booking thru booking.com or other travel agencies. They even send you confirmation that pretends to be from booking.com. I paid for a room upgrade thinking i called booking.com. When i went to the hotel in Italy they had no record of the room upgrade. I was stuck with two rooms without a family room upgrade (with two toddlers). I called travelouts.com. They will give you some type of excuse (room upgrade is not guaranteed, we will refund the money within 7-10 business days, etc.).

It is the best company I have… It is the best company I have encountered till date. I made a booking for grand resort in las vegas and the company was very process oriented and sent me confirmation within five minutes post payment and the booking was confirmed when I called the hotel though that was not needed. Nice company.
