Later we booked the car rental as well with them and we got a better deal for the same car rental company which the company was offering on a higher price. The customer service is appreciated as they have assisted with all the details and the vouchers for hotel and attractions. We are definitely coming back to you for our future trips. When Google searching Booking.com customer service, the number given is that of a FRAUDULANT SCAM now using the name Travelouts that went out of business. They imitate a travel/rental booking company and will charge your card and subsequently cancel your reservation. You will find yourself without a legitimate confirmation number. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS. IT'S A HUGE PROBLEM TO RESOLVE.
