The Hyatt was beyond expectations as was the hotel in Phuket-I would not send people to the one in Chiang Mei, it really is subpar of your brand. Also our guide, cant remember his name was awful-please do not use again- One more thing when in Bangkok one buffet is okay but 3 too many-do a cooking class or a luncheon in someone's home a much more richer experience

Trip to Japan Gail Thompson Ritz office in LA was very helpful and tour was generally good and Japan is has an interesting history. Tour can be improved by only including only the MOST important castle, temples and shrines. After a few days this becomes too much to enjoy and understand the history. I wanted to go to a tea ceremony and festival but this was not offered at all. I felt that we needed to learn more about their culture. The town I liked the most was Kyoto. Our guide was nice and helpful but much of the information she shared on the bus and inperson could not be fully understood because of her accent. I know that it is hard to lose your accent so I suggested that a summary be given to us so we could read it for ourselves. I will recommend Ritz Tours to others.

Just got back from our trip to…Thailand/Singapore Just got back from our trip to Thailand/Singapore. The hotel accommodations were very nice especially the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok hotel in Bangkok. All of our guides were very accommodating and quite knowledgable. The elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai and the Phi Phi Island excursions in Phuket were definitely highlight material. We added Singapore as a side trip. We had a guide for one day as part of the tour. Our guide agreed to do an extra day and half of guiding for us which was very helpful. The hawker stands in both countries were great. Once again we had a great experience with Ritz Tours and would highly recommend this trip. Our travel agent, Lilian, as in our past trips did a great job of arranging our trip! Tom

My tour to Taiwan was great My tour to Taiwan was great, albeit, a little rushed. The accommodations were very good. The language skill of the tour guide can be improved. The agent that helped us book the tour, Lillian, is caring and professional. Overall, it was a good value for the tour.

Ocean is very responsive to our needs, customizing and catering to the varying needs of different members in our 10-member tour group, making each one feeling like a VIP. The hotels are top-notch, the variety of meals are delicious, and the cruise ship Victoria Sabrina is world-class, and the local guides are very knowlegeable and friendly. Although tiring as we zip through so many cities and attractions, Ritz Tours has given us a very memorable and wonderful experience. I will gladly recommend Ritz Tours to my friends and family members and mention Ocean as the person to choose as their tour guide. Kudos to Ritz Tours!
