He owes me $13000 - has sent an email stating he wanted bank details to refund it - and NOTHING!! He ignores ph calls and emails. STAY AWAY- GO ELSEWHERE!! This is now a legal issue- The reply from Jaycob is completely untrue You cannot book 2 years in advance. We booked Oct 2019 Your extremely dishonest It will catch up with you. Our lawyer is currently working on this - you can ignore ph calls and hide in virtual offices- but it’s not going away

Jaycob has always been client centric… Jaycob has always been client centric and swift in his response even when there was an issue with PNR code / e-ticket numbers that did not let me directly check-in with a partner airline. In the end everything worked all well.
