A perfect experience Jaycob organised our flights with effortless ease and was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns we had. Our flights went exactly to plan. Jaycob was very helpful when we unfortunately had a terrible accident whilst overseas and travel insurance wanted us to return home looking at what options were available. I have been using Business Class Club… I have been using Business Class Club for many years for my international travel. I find Jaycob to be efficient, professional and prompt. There was a time that the driver did not pick me up and Jaycob promptly refunded me. This last booking there was an issue receiving the tickets to my email, Jaycob phoned me direct and he then emailed the airline booking reference and I was able to download direct to the app. Business Class Club offers great value without compromising service I will continue to be a customer.
