A perfect experience Jaycob organised our flights with effortless ease and was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns we had. Our flights went exactly to plan. Jaycob was very helpful when we unfortunately had a terrible accident whilst overseas and travel insurance wanted us to return home looking at what options were available. Jaycob has always been client centric… Jaycob has always been client centric and swift in his response even when there was an issue with PNR code / e-ticket numbers that did not let me directly check-in with a partner airline. In the end everything worked all well.
