Love this place! For the past 4 years when I fly from SJC, I always park here. It's reasonable, I never have to wait on either end and the staff is very nice & helpful. I use a cane right now & they always ask if I need help, take my bag & are patient. My car is behind the fence & safe.

Easy & Efficient! Easy and Efficient! Scanned my Reservation QR Code at the gate, drove in, and they directed me to a parking area. Put my bags into a waiting bus, while a few other customers did they same, and then left in 10 to 15 minutes for the airport. Scanned my Reservation QR Code to exit, and I was gone!

My online purchase was great My online purchase was great. I printed my reservation but when I arrived at the parking lot the attendant could not scan my code. She attempted several times. Eventually I had to take a regular parking ticket. I am very concerned that when o return I will have an issue & end up paying twice! Not a good experience so far!

Wasn't always sure about the payment Wasn't always sure about the payment. First, I saw pay in full now, when I was making the reservation. Then it said I could only make a deposit and pay the balance in cash at the parking garage.
