I anticipate getting further info as I get closer to the date and hoping the process is easy when I arrive and need the shuttle to the airport.

However, on the way back to pick up my car, there appears to be no way to communicate with anyone about the shuttle to take me back to my car. I ended up paying $20.00 for 1.2 miles with a taxis from the airport. It was done on purpose. The phone was unhooked giving me a busy signal every time. Bad experience with ( U-Save parking garage) at Miami airport.

Exceptional Service… The attendant at the gate was very polite. No time was wasted when we entered the lot because the driver that would take us to the airport was right there to assist us. Once we returned from our trip, your vehicle was waiting at the airport and dropped us off right at our car. We didn’t know which lane to exit the lot because it was paid for in advance; however, the gentleman on duty directed us to go by the window clerk. Again, the drivers and attendants were extremely nice. We like your system!
