Exceptional Service… The attendant at the gate was very polite. No time was wasted when we entered the lot because the driver that would take us to the airport was right there to assist us. Once we returned from our trip, your vehicle was waiting at the airport and dropped us off right at our car. We didn’t know which lane to exit the lot because it was paid for in advance; however, the gentleman on duty directed us to go by the window clerk. Again, the drivers and attendants were extremely nice. We like your system!

Don't recommend! Instructions weren't clear to get in to gate. No person to call or talk to. Would only communicate through text. Didn't tell me they charge for the shuttle to the airport and that it is limited to 3 passengers at a time. Had to park elsewhere and requested a refund.

The parking is very convenient and the…Affordable and convenient parking The parking is very convenient and the most affordable around the airport. Making reservations was also easy. We get our parking space number when we park and give it to the driver once we return and no need to hunt for our car.

Love this place! For the past 4 years when I fly from SJC, I always park here. It's reasonable, I never have to wait on either end and the staff is very nice & helpful. I use a cane right now & they always ask if I need help, take my bag & are patient. My car is behind the fence & safe.

WOW! WOW!! What a great experience. Picked us up as promised,loaded and unloaded our bags on both ends.Price was good and no hidden charges when you get ready to depart.I will use this parking site again. Thank you for something that was very good,not high priced and wonderful service
