He listened to us, was patient with our requests, was very easy to understand, polite, got all the reservations correctly per our request, and we are not sure there could be a better person to help people obtain their airline tickets. I paid for a plane ticket that was… I paid for a plane ticket that was never issued to me. I kept being told to "wait 24 hours for my confirmation# I waited 3 days and no reservation. "On top of it "someone from travelodaddy/voyager started using my credit card for personal reasons to buy liquor and other items in New York. I filed a formal complaint with travelodaddy.com for a full refund and additional compensation for punitive damages. "
