Is this a scam? I finally found a flight and price I was happy with! Unfortunately, that was not to be. I received a call and email within minutes of completing the booking only to be told the price I wanted was unavailable, but if I pay an addition $200, I could move up to the main cabin! Then, the representative tried to use pressure tactics about how flights are selling fast! No thank you.

Levi is the best! This is a discount travel site. From previous experience with such sites, I knew that the price I saw online was not going to be the price I would be quoted upon calling. That being said, Levi was super patient, professional, and kind when helping me. He spent numerous hours and days following up with me and in the end got me the best price for nonstops RT. I will definitely be calling him back in the future.

tickets need to be issued immediately… tickets need to be issued immediately by the agents so we avoid a situation like this one where an agent tells a customer to book economy tickets (instead of basic economy) so he can pick his seat and bring personal items and one carry on. But the next calls me and said there is no more main cabine tickets (whil in reality there were some because we booked it).

BAIT AND SWITCH… This is the biggest BAIT AND SWITCH scam out there. I am giving a 5* review because people booking flights need to see this. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY PRICE THEY ADVERTISE -- and rely on pushing sales people to get you to buy marked up tickets. I have reported them to the NY State Attorney Generals office on Consumer Affairs. Stay away -- DO NOT BOOK.
