GBUpdated Review: Read the Fine Print Update: Buyer beware. There are some seemingly good deals but if you need to make itinerary changes, which requires calling customer support, those money saving deals diminish quickly. Kayak and its subsidiaries should not include these types of sites in their search results. The airline’s website had better deals. I saved money going directly through the airline even with the cancellation fees SmartFares charged. Original review: Your website is fairly straightforward and has great flight deals but it's a little too busy and could be simplified.

GBCalled their number for possible better… Called their number for possible better deal, which their agent could not find. But he did inform me quickly that the deal online could not be improved upon.

GBNot Needed - Don’t Use Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had when booking flights. The customer service center puts you on long hold times for the most basic questions but the worst part was there is no accommodation to situations. I became ill on my trip and needed to change my reservation. There was nothing they could do for me and I had to end up purchasing a whole new set up fares. You might as well book directly through an airline and cut out the middle man here.
