AUI USED THE ONLINE PLATFORM I USED THE ONLINE PLATFORM TO BOOK FLIGHTS, THE CREDIT CARD DID NOT GO THROUGH, So called the office in Sydney, the helpful service person found the booking I had tried to make and then told me that the fare had increased by $72 per person (blamed on the airline changing their prices) which is why the issue had arisen, I requested that all my information be deleted, advised that I was very disappointed in the website and their inappropriate response to the public view of the current pricing. I checked the site after I hung up - same price ..... no updates, so why try and skim additional monies???

GUNo baggage details No baggage details, no change or cancellation details are being shown during booking. Pl make it more user friendly. Luckily the itinerary I booked has the things aligned. Their some of customer care agents are good and honest and others misguide us to pay more.
