AUI USED THE ONLINE PLATFORM I USED THE ONLINE PLATFORM TO BOOK FLIGHTS, THE CREDIT CARD DID NOT GO THROUGH, So called the office in Sydney, the helpful service person found the booking I had tried to make and then told me that the fare had increased by $72 per person (blamed on the airline changing their prices) which is why the issue had arisen, I requested that all my information be deleted, advised that I was very disappointed in the website and their inappropriate response to the public view of the current pricing. I checked the site after I hung up - same price ..... no updates, so why try and skim additional monies???

GBCalled their number for possible better… Called their number for possible better deal, which their agent could not find. But he did inform me quickly that the deal online could not be improved upon.

ESClear and Customizable. Each portion of the insurance coverage was separate and optional. Reasonable prices. It does convert all prices to USD at the end though, so watch for that. Cheaper than other booking sites.
