USNot Needed - Don’t Use Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had when booking flights. The customer service center puts you on long hold times for the most basic questions but the worst part was there is no accommodation to situations. I became ill on my trip and needed to change my reservation. There was nothing they could do for me and I had to end up purchasing a whole new set up fares. You might as well book directly through an airline and cut out the middle man here.

CAGreat response and very helpful Wonderful having all the prices and selection options on the same page. And they answered my call, and my questions, immediately when I called to clarify some selections. I do wish, however, they were more clear about what the charges are for the selections. (For example, the ``Baggage + Protection: $26`` is NOT for the baggage on the plane, that is JUST the charge for the ``protection``. That might be worthwhile, but I thought I was getting the baggage on the plane also. I hope that was not deliberately misleading.)

ESClear and Customizable. Each portion of the insurance coverage was separate and optional. Reasonable prices. It does convert all prices to USD at the end though, so watch for that. Cheaper than other booking sites.
