GBGVV could do a better job at… GVV could do a better job at communication. They do not notify you of flight changes or delays. GVV does not return calls after you talk to Customer service when requesting an upgrade or change. The hotels are not in any central location. You have to take taxi or Uber most times. Last hotel in Athens was on a busy highway with many adult stores near by. Also the hotel did not have a restaurant as orginally stated with pictures too.

GBAll in one planning It was helpful to make all our reservations (air/car/accommodations) from one central site. This was our 4th trip through GVV and very happy with them all. With one exception. Due to a death in the family, we had to move our recent trip to Ireland back a week. Having purchased travel insurance for unexpected situations such as this, we were surprised to find out the airlines charged $199/per person to move our flight back a week and we were unable to use the GVV discount code on our new reservation. It was helpful the GVV representative was able to reduce the airline fee to $150/per person. Would still book with GVV for future travels.

GBAbsolutely amazing!!! I was very skeptical about booking through Great Value Vacations for years. I took a chance and it was one of the best vacations that I’ve ever had. Everything was so detailed specific and laid out step-by-step. There were not any hiccups! The pick ups, departures, paperwork, itineraries were all great. Not to mention, the transportation and tour guides were all amazing.

GBWorth every cent! Everything was very seamless with our trip planning, we just had to print the items clearly stated by Great Value Vacation, pack our bags, and show up! It was so easy, my boyfriend and I are deciding which place to visit next!

GBA Great Value but... Great Value truly provided a great value in terms of the cost of the trip, and the place we stayed was amazing. However, all communication is done electronically and no where in our paperwork did it say that I was listed as the driver for our car rental and that I would have to provide a driver's license. Since my husband was driving and the husband of the other couple traveling with us, and I cannot drive a stickshift, I didn't even have my license with me and was told after our long flight to Rome that I would have to sort it out with Great Value (it was 1:30am NY time). I was in tears and the rental agent finally made a call and they were able to switch it to my husband, with an additional fee for the second driver (which we were also not informed about). This was an awful way to begin our vacation, and such crucial information should have been in our paperwork so I could have switched it before we left.
