GBWill do business again with Great Value Vacations Ireland has the FRIENDLIEST people in the world. The hotel was super great! The experience wonderful. London was a short but sweet visit and the hotel was good too. Paris was great. We had time to see lots of things. We had a fitness room in two of the hotels and the food was great in the hotels that offered breakfast.

GBAmazing and affordable trip to Ireland The price point of the Great Value Vacation package made our 30-year dream of visiting Ireland a reality. The itinerary was perfectly planned and the hotels were in great locations, clean and quite nice. One suggestion would be to book an automatic car from the beginning, as we had to pay extra to upgrade when we arrived. It was a fantastic trip and we had a wonderful time! We are looking at booking our next trip through Great Value Vacations.

GBBest Trip We had a lovely vacation. We traveled to London, Paris, Lucerne & several destinations in Italy (12 day trip). It could not have gone better. We had a great tour director (George) who could not have been more organized & pleasant. He made sure everyone enjoyed themselves & was easy to work with. He answered any questions & always went over details multiple times to make sure everyone understood. This was our first tour with a group & we could not have been happier. The trip was well planned out.

GBGVV could do a better job at… GVV could do a better job at communication. They do not notify you of flight changes or delays. GVV does not return calls after you talk to Customer service when requesting an upgrade or change. The hotels are not in any central location. You have to take taxi or Uber most times. Last hotel in Athens was on a busy highway with many adult stores near by. Also the hotel did not have a restaurant as orginally stated with pictures too.

GBToo much overall time on bus that we… Too much overall time on bus that we did sine of our own side trips at our own cost (Almafi Coast for example was not making ANY stops to explore ) and delays with ferry to Sicily. Understand the delay but our tour guide was HORRIBLE at providing updates and making the delay for 37 middle age adults more enjoyable or at least manageable. We sat on the ground and steps, moving our luggage (which should have stayed in our “rooms” which were difficult for everyone) I would not recommend any ferry that is not high speed (or train). Dimitri (guide) walked around talking/yelling into his phone anytime we had a glitch… which was often and totally understandable. He also made check in at hotels and ferry chaotic and stressful. If not for the nicest people on this trip and all of us taking care of each other, it would have been a disaster. Also, too many things in too few days. Minimal 2 night stay in destinations should be the norm. Also, there were a few falls and he had no first aid kits to assist, we were running around the rest stop getting ice and antiseptic and bandages. He is arrogant, selfish and too machoism for women from US. ALSO, he obviously doesn’t like Southern Italy, maybe keep him up North, which he raves about.
