Madrid and Barcelona From pick up at airport to drop off we had a smooth trip. Hotels were well located close to transportation and everyone was very helpful and friendly. This is my second trip using Great Value Vacations and will definitely use again.

We understand your company is a value… We understand your company is a value travel agency. We enjoyed the hotels, our guide, who was very experienced and the whole trip. On our first meeting with the guide and all of the 37 people on the trip, I think the guide should’ve taken everyone’s cell phone number down. We did have two individuals miss the shuttle back down to our bus. It was a struggle for them to reach our guide, and the people on the bus knew who they were by name and he could’ve simply called them to put them at ease. He ended up taking the shuttle back up and found them at the Archway where we were supposed to meet. But in the 20 minutes it took for him to get back up there, the people were stressed out. Overall accommodations, tours, guide and the professionalism was fantastic. We also appreciated the two dinners you guys provided for us, as well as the visit to the mozzarella cheese farm excursion. It was a fun trip, thank you very much.

Absolutely amazing!!! I was very skeptical about booking through Great Value Vacations for years. I took a chance and it was one of the best vacations that I’ve ever had. Everything was so detailed specific and laid out step-by-step. There were not any hiccups! The pick ups, departures, paperwork, itineraries were all great. Not to mention, the transportation and tour guides were all amazing.

we booked this well in advance with the… we booked this well in advance with the request for a King size bed. When we arrived they said that wouldn't be possible due to a third party booking ,but would give us two queen size beds. The room we got wasn't even two queen beds but two twin size beds. The resort wasn't full and I think they could have accommodated us, but because of the third party booking thru Great Value Vacations, they weren't willing to help us.

Trip was fantastic Trip was fantastic! The transfers between hotel, airports, and ferries were extremely helpful and made navigating traveling to different areas so easy and seamless. Will definitely be using this company again for future trips!
