we booked this well in advance with the… we booked this well in advance with the request for a King size bed. When we arrived they said that wouldn't be possible due to a third party booking ,but would give us two queen size beds. The room we got wasn't even two queen beds but two twin size beds. The resort wasn't full and I think they could have accommodated us, but because of the third party booking thru Great Value Vacations, they weren't willing to help us.

Best Trip We had a lovely vacation. We traveled to London, Paris, Lucerne & several destinations in Italy (12 day trip). It could not have gone better. We had a great tour director (George) who could not have been more organized & pleasant. He made sure everyone enjoyed themselves & was easy to work with. He answered any questions & always went over details multiple times to make sure everyone understood. This was our first tour with a group & we could not have been happier. The trip was well planned out.

Almost everything was great on our… Almost everything was great on our vacation but I wished I had gone with the automatic car instead of the standard transmission since driving on the left hand side of the road is stressful enough without having to worry about what gear you were in. The majority of the hotels were okay for being 3 star hotels and about 90% of the people we interacted with were so incredibly friendly.

I have very mixed emotions as the trip… I have very mixed emotions as the trip was amazing in all that I saw but was disappointed in the quality of some of the hotels was not good and the return flight was not very good when it was changed as far as the time it took to get home. I purchased almost all of the added excursions and some were great some were a waste of money. Provided meals were just average.

the deal itself was great but because… the deal itself was great but because they didn't offer us a way to fly out of our home state we had to make other arrangements and for that reason only do I give it 4 stars!!!
