This year I did purchase tickets from flighthub and so far think it is a better choice than booking directly from the airlines.

Unfortunately when we booked baggage loss insurance through Flight Hub's associate company for our recent flights between Canada and the US, they took our money, and then the disclaimer came that the insurance coverage was ONLY AVAILBLE IN THE US. There was NO CONTACT to discuss what this exactly meant and/or to get our money back.
