Although, I had to cancel and possible be charged a $75.00 fee for a minor mistake of a letter, he canceled and I'm waiting on a refund. But, if I had to pay for something that I did not do, it would have been very bad customer service.. It really frustrating for customers when you did not make the issue and are charged a change fee, and there needs to be better customer service for things out of your control, especially when the Airlines to book is already too high to fly.

Terrible Customer Service I went online to purchase a flight and after inputting my credit card information I received an error message stating that there wasn’t enough seats for my booking. I later booked with a different company and then noticed flight hub charged my visa for the purchase. I called flight hub to ask for a refund and they refused. I will never book through them again and would never refer them to anyone. Very poor customer service!
