GBI had a name that was incorrect on the…A NEWER HAPPY CUSTOMER I had a name that was incorrect on the itinerary and the agent was able to help me. Although, I had to cancel and possible be charged a $75.00 fee for a minor mistake of a letter, he canceled and I'm waiting on a refund. But, if I had to pay for something that I did not do, it would have been very bad customer service.. It really frustrating for customers when you did not make the issue and are charged a change fee, and there needs to be better customer service for things out of your control, especially when the Airlines to book is already too high to fly.

ZATransparant fast travel booking option. Many options were offered ,it seemed straight and no hidden fees appeared. Hopefully the actual experince will math the faste and easy booking part.

CAI like the rates and ease of booking I like the rates and ease of booking. Unfortunately when we booked baggage loss insurance through Flight Hub's associate company for our recent flights between Canada and the US, they took our money, and then the disclaimer came that the insurance coverage was ONLY AVAILBLE IN THE US. There was NO CONTACT to discuss what this exactly meant and/or to get our money back.

CAFlightHub help me found the best price… FlightHub help me found the best price on the internet, I tried multiple different sites for last minute flight booking but price went up more than double in half day, until I check FlightHub! This will be my main go to site for all future bookings!

CAUnavailable flights appearing in search results. When trying to pay, THREE of the options presented for a two leg flight returned the result “one or more flights is no longer available” (or words to that effect). I searched again and the exact same flights showed up the second time, with the same “unavailable” error message. I retried numerous times over two days always with the same result. If it’s not available, why is it showing up in the search results? Seems like a pretty fundamental error.
