It was easy and simple to navigate… It was easy and simple to navigate online, Prices were very reasonable for this time of the year.

Never got a boarding pass or any… Never got a boarding pass or any assistance how to do so until an email I received at 4:30 pm when my flight was supposed to leave at 1:53. I cancelled the flight and hope to get a full refund. Worse experience ever!!! I called the frontier airline & got no assistance from anyone. The check in line told me I needed a bar code which I never got then wouldn’t assist further

I like the rates and ease of booking I like the rates and ease of booking. Unfortunately when we booked baggage loss insurance through Flight Hub's associate company for our recent flights between Canada and the US, they took our money, and then the disclaimer came that the insurance coverage was ONLY AVAILBLE IN THE US. There was NO CONTACT to discuss what this exactly meant and/or to get our money back.

I was able to navigate to the flights I… I was able to navigate to the flights I wanted and everything was very simple to do for an old guy who is not computer savvy!

Transparant fast travel booking option. Many options were offered ,it seemed straight and no hidden fees appeared. Hopefully the actual experince will math the faste and easy booking part.
