Tried to call customer service but no answer after being on hold for an hour. Automated system says to wait while the fees work themselves out. Meanwhile, my pre authorized payments being declined. Wouldn’t use this platform to book flights. Try Expedia or Kayak much better.

I've booked dozens of times through Flighthub. I've booked dozens of times through Flighthub. They not only find me the cheapest and most convenient flights, their booking process is very simple and user friendly. They don't try to rip their clients as lots of other airlines do specifically flair airlines.

Transparant fast travel booking option. Many options were offered ,it seemed straight and no hidden fees appeared. Hopefully the actual experince will math the faste and easy booking part.

Unfortunately when we booked baggage loss insurance through Flight Hub's associate company for our recent flights between Canada and the US, they took our money, and then the disclaimer came that the insurance coverage was ONLY AVAILBLE IN THE US. There was NO CONTACT to discuss what this exactly meant and/or to get our money back.
