GBI just called to the hotel I booked… I just called to the hotel in Aspen, Colorado I booked from their website yesterday and they told me there is no my record and they didn’t receive anything from this website and it's actually full on those days. My Reservation ID is: SSs3IgHKSxci0Z1WTX1_A to the one who keeps responding to anyone here. I’ve tried to contact them by phone and the number is not working and seems fake. WhatsApp is not responding at all even though they claim they would immediately respond in 5 mins. I felt extremely frustrated. And I thought it was definitely a scam and wanted to warn anyone even if it showed on Google hotel search.

CHBE CAREFUL! BE CAREFUL! This website appears to be a scam; exercise caution. The hotel did not receive my reservation, and upon arrival, there was no booking. The company immediately charged $164 to my credit card. And I have to pay the amount again to the hotel, otherwise I would have sleep on the street. I’ve received no response via email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram. Avoid booking with this site. I hope my bank will refund the money; otherwise, I’ll report it to the police. Horrible!

AUThe motel has no record of the the booking Six days ago, I booked a motel 1 hour away from were I live (Australia) Order #QUBC2rI0V1orijjKDuDIP: I called the motel and they have no record of the the booking. Also their web site is in USD though it's not specified on the page only at check out after the fact in the fine print. Cheap Hotels Hub took payment immediately from my account almost twice the cost I could afford in AUD which I thought was the currency as I'm in Australia and booking an Australian motel. GBNasty company Nasty company. It was obvious it couldn't satisfy any of the bookings it sold on the 10/01/24. Still went ahead and took the money. Maybe hoping some people won't chase their refunds. You should automatically refund everyone whose booking was not satisfied without them going to their bank or chasing you for their refunds. 27/01/24: They still have not refunded! I stand by what I wrote.
