Could I have applied for a new passport myself, after having lost it years ago? Yes, I could have. However, Zana walked me through every step, told me exactly what I needed, reviewed the documents before I sent them and was there anytime I had a question. The process went by quickly and I had my new passport within a few weeks. Amazing service!!!
