Excellent service - recommended I was very happy with the efficiency and speed of British Passport Pro. While I don't have the experience of doing an online application on my own to compare with, having somebody with real expertise to advise and help took a huge load off my mind. I sent my passport to Zana on 17 January and got the new one on 3 February, and I live in a really remote part of upstate New York, so the turn-around time was quite amazing. Save Yourself Heartache and call British Passport Pro If you have any visa and/or passport issues, you have to contact British Passport Pro. Zana made an otherwise confusing process flow seamlessly. Could I have applied for a new passport myself, after having lost it years ago? Yes, I could have. However, Zana walked me through every step, told me exactly what I needed, reviewed the documents before I sent them and was there anytime I had a question. The process went by quickly and I had my new passport within a few weeks. Amazing service!!!
