He was so incredibly knowledgeable about Israel, the Bible, people in general, and he discussed ways the past relates to the present. He was so kind and genuinely wanted us to understand and appreciate his country. He had a gentle firmness about keeping our group of 24 quiet when he was talking so we could all enjoy what he was saying. He even told us his personal story, which was amazing. This trip for me was life altering and I highly recommend anyone going to Israel to have a licensed guide….like Escher!

Excellent Organization and Wonderful Tour Guide My husband and I just returned from a 10-day Israel Tour. Steps of John and Paul with Istanbul In 2019, 2 friends and I took the 16-day Steps of John and Paul tour which began with Istanbul. The first 3 chapters of Revelation and the New Testament mission trips of Paul came alive in Turkey, Greece and the Mediterranean islands in between. Pilgrim Tours did an excellent job for a reasonable cost. My opinion is don’t leave out Istanbul and the bus trip down the Turkish coast to cross the Dardanelles Strait on a car/bus ferry!

Thank you for making our tour-Nov… Thank you for making our tour-Nov 23-30, 2023 an amazing experience! Not once, from landing in Cairo until we departed from Amman did we feel unsafe. We couldn’t have asked for better guides or drivers, they took care of everything, from our border crossings to checking us in at Amman airport. We loved being a part of the different cultures, seeing the Deserts of Egypt, Mt Sinai, the Red Sea, Mt Nebo, brought the exodus of the children of Israel alive.
