My special needs group… My special needs group traveled to Orlando for 5 days of vacation. Every day the coach bus arrived on time, or early! The drivers were so nice and patient with our group! I will definitely be using busbank again!

He was on time, had great communication, accomodated some changing conditions, and drove us safely through a ridiculous white out snow storm. Highly recommend him. Kimberly also had great communication in advance of the trip. Great overall experience.

The process of booking was so easy and… The process of booking was so easy and communicative. Philip May was so helpful and thoughtful. One of the buses we rented had no AC but the driver profusely apologized and contacted the company asap. Another bus we rented was about 30 minutes late but she was given the wrong address by the dispatcher and the wrong time, so I don't blame her at all. All drivers were professional and kind.

Seamless experience, every time! Our youth run club has been using BusBank for the past year and we are always more than satisfied.
