Many time user! We have used Bus Bank multiple times for school field trips and they are the most reasonably priced bus service in the Bay Area. Kayla is a great communicator and left me wanting for nothing. Our drivers have always been very tolerant of the elementary school students and busses were clean and safely driven. We were careful to communicate our itinerary clearly this year to avoid schedule glitches from the past. We will be using them again!!

One of the buses we rented had no AC but the driver profusely apologized and contacted the company asap. Another bus we rented was about 30 minutes late but she was given the wrong address by the dispatcher and the wrong time, so I don't blame her at all. All drivers were professional and kind.
