Good service but confusing Elijah was very good. I appreciate his helpfulness. It was a bit confusing when I got several calls from different ones, Henri, and another lady regarding the same request and it might have been my error. I was a bit thrown off that my agent is tipped according to service, as that has never been an option. I appreciate a heads up regarding that, but he was worth the tip. I completed my booking and hopefully everything will be set for smooth traveling.

I worked with Anthony I worked with Anthony. He was very polite and helpful, but the biggest thing was when he said something would be done by some specific time, it always was. And he watches his messages all the time and when he gets one, even it's not his shift, he calls back. He worked hard on our account and was successful in outperforming all of the other companies we spoke to.
