We had an unexpected snow storm the… We had an unexpected snow storm the morning of our flight but we still had a completely professional and courteous experience. From start to finish, our contact, Kevin, was there for us and the pilots were great as well. My only minor complaint would be the pilots carry-on luggage was placed in the empty seats which made the cabin feel a little crowded. Would recommend they stow in the back or in the jump seats.

Thank you Charter was perfect for our needs. My Son had stage four metastatic cancer, and we needed to get him home to Oklahoma. The timing was Labor Day weekend. David Larkin was able to find us an aircraft and crew. The Pilot was exceptional. Thanks to Paramount Business Jets an emotional trip was comfortable and pleasent. Thanks again to David Larkin for his diligence on a holiday weekend my family is very grateful.

Elise Elise, our travel concierge, was our first impression of Paramount and she made a good one. Prompt responses, pleasant demeanor and being knowledgeable, really helped us in choosing Paramount for our traveling needs. The only complaint was a none functioning microwave on one leg of our flights, so had to endure cold French toast, but that's the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.
