Exemplary customer service First time writing a review like this. Felt compelled to as the customer service was exemplary. I accidentally entered a wrong email address for my ticket so didn’t receive it and they helped troubleshoot the issue quickly, found the transaction and issued a refund. It’s customer service like this that will keep me as a user of the service.

Great service! Legit website! Great service! Legit website! I made a booking reservation few hours before I’ll need it and made a mistake with the date, I sent an email to customer service and they replied back few minutes later and my problem was solved. I checked on the airline website and the booking with my details shows up when I enter the reservation code (yes, I’m not ticketed yet but the reservation was made). So very legit website and it cost only $16 (£12.57 for me). Thank you very much Mélodie for your prompt reply.
