Perfect tool for a digital nomad As a digital nomad, have been using their services a lot for visa applications or for countries that say that they require an exit ticket even if you are spending months there. I think I only had a problem once when a problem with payment made it so my purchase was charged twice. To which, when prompted, they managed to solve it in less than 20min. Not cool Bought a ticket from Bogotá to Quito which is normally an obvious direct flight. How is it that you book me a Bogotá , Houston, Houston, Quito. That's very unintelligent, therefore I'm not going to fool an agent with it. Would like a refund.

I accidentally entered a wrong email address for my ticket so didn’t receive it and they helped troubleshoot the issue quickly, found the transaction and issued a refund.
