I accidentally entered a wrong email address for my ticket so didn’t receive it and they helped troubleshoot the issue quickly, found the transaction and issued a refund. It’s customer service like this that will keep me as a user of the service.

SGExcellent! Gosh, this is a remarkable service. The support team person that helped me deal with my boo boo (Honey) was remarkable. As a customer we all know hard it is when customer support are inflexible. This normally is from an inflexible process; onward ticket is certainly a company that relates to their customers. GBGreat service! Legit website! Great service! Legit website! I made a booking reservation few hours before I’ll need it and made a mistake with the date, I sent an email to customer service and they replied back few minutes later and my problem was solved. I checked on the airline website and the booking with my details shows up when I enter the reservation code (yes, I’m not ticketed yet but the reservation was made). So very legit website and it cost only $16 (£12.57 for me). Thank you very much Mélodie for your prompt reply.

CRPerfect tool for a digital nomad As a digital nomad, have been using their services a lot for visa applications or for countries that say that they require an exit ticket even if you are spending months there. I think I only had a problem once when a problem with payment made it so my purchase was charged twice. To which, when prompted, they managed to solve it in less than 20min. Nothing but compliments for them
