Exemplary customer service First time writing a review like this. Felt compelled to as the customer service was exemplary. I accidentally entered a wrong email address for my ticket so didn’t receive it and they helped troubleshoot the issue quickly, found the transaction and issued a refund. It’s customer service like this that will keep me as a user of the service.

Perfect tool for a digital nomad As a digital nomad, have been using their services a lot for visa applications or for countries that say that they require an exit ticket even if you are spending months there. I think I only had a problem once when a problem with payment made it so my purchase was charged twice. To which, when prompted, they managed to solve it in less than 20min.
