We used Wilderness Aware Rafting for a… We used Wilderness Aware Rafting for a multiday trip. The experience was amazing right from the start. When looking for something available for a specific time it was extremely difficult until i stumbled onto Wilderness. The website was easy to view and i was able to text customer service right from the website. She was extremely helpful and within an hour I had a quote in my email. Since we flew in I was relieved to here that they has all necessary equipment available. My family had a great time and made memories that we will cherish forever. We had an excellent captain and they made it very enjoyable.

My highlight of the trip was actually using the technique described in the safety lecture about how to get out from under the raft when it flips. We all enjoyed becoming the swim team! I just went down the chattahoochee and ochee. Next trip, salt river with wilderness aware!

I've rafted with Wilderness Aware… I've rafted with Wilderness Aware Rafting for 26 years. I've rafted with several other companies in other parts of the United States and Wilderness Aware is by far the best. Their focus on safety is outstanding. The guides are knowledgeable, funny and sensitive to special needs of their guests. I've done multi-day overnight trips with them as well as day-trips on just the most intense parts of the Arkansas River. If you want to do white-water rafting in the western U.S. - this is the company you should use.

The trip on the river was awesome our… The trip on the river was awesome our assigned guide was fantastic. My 3-star review is because while being trained, transported etc. the other employees were very demeaning of folks from the midwest and other states not deeemed cool enough to live in. I would estimate most of ur guests are on holiday from those such places so training your employees to know their audience and appreciate all kinds would be my suggestion.

Simply the best Outstanding experience. Guides are experienced, safety conscious, and all-around great people. Safety always comes first and you’ll always feel you’re in great hands. Bret Reimer is fantastic. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
