I think this is for the India trip? I am not sure which trip this rating is for, but I think India for Girdley. I thought Bela was ok. She could have been a bit more informative on crafting the itinerary in that my clients stayed 2 nts at the Camel fare in Pushkar but could have done it in 1. So my clients left early and paid an additional $750 for 1 night at Udaipur instead. THEN Bela didn't even inform me of the change which was a bit embarrassing when the client told me. I would expect someone at Swain would have advised me. Bela did, after I called her out on it, apologize.

Working with Connie was a pleasure Working with Connie was a pleasure. I was able to get everything we wanted and more. Her professionalism was outstanding. Everything was well planned and worked perfectly. There was always someone to meet and greet us at all of our stops. Her expertise was essential in making this a memorable trip. I can only thank her and her company for a fabulous trip to New Zealand.

What a trip Super people to work with who put together a great trip that we will always remember. They know the best places to stay and the best things to do and the 28 day trip they put together for us included all of them. Due to weather problems our flight was a day late getting to Australia and we had a trip to look for Koloa bears that we were going to miss and Swain made arrangements for our driver to pick us up from the airport and drive us out of the city to catch up with out tour. Normal tour operations don't do this.

PERFECT VACATION Swain did an excellent job planning our trip to Vietnam. EVERYTHING went smoothly from beginning to end. We had no worries in an unfamiliar foreign country. The local guides and drivers were terrific. I would definitely use Swain in the future and I recommend using them.

The direction and assistance I received … The direction and assistance I received from Ian Swain for my group of 7 was spot on. Though they ended up changing out 2 tours while there, the tours booked were what they originally requested. The clients commented on the great serviced from Canterbury Trails guide, Irene, as well as the last 2 Luxury Lodges they stayed, Otahuna and Blanket Bay. I had an unusual request for stocking a villa for their stay in Blenheim and that was done efficiently through Swain and Canterbury. Absolutely no complaints with the service. Ian responded to me even if he was traveling.
